• I always aim to be on time for every driving lesson. If I’m ever late, I’ll make sure that time is added back in elsewhere — no exceptions.

• I always finish lessons on time. You’ll get the full session you paid for — no cutting corners or ending ten minutes early.

• Lessons are focused on actual driving, not endless roadside chats. Of course, some parked time is needed for explanation, but the priority is getting you behind the wheel.

• I’ll always explain why we do things on the road, so you understand the reasoning and feel fully prepared to make your own driving decisions when the time comes.

• Your safety is my top priority. You’ll never be placed in a dangerous situation, and I’ll step in using dual controls whenever necessary to keep you safe.
